When Art en partage asked me to participate in Hors les murs , I immediately wanted to work on the urban landscape of the surrounding area. I discovered that this motorway intersection crossed by countless cars was also an inhabited neighbourhood, with its own life, its inhabitants, children going to school, workers, mad people, good and bad stories...
I looked at the neighborhood, the highway, and by extension the road map differently, which is not only a geographical landmark but also an imaginary space, a departure, an escape, a return, an adventure, a "road movie" to somewhere else but also to an inner journey.
I would like to invite people to enter this "road movie" by making photographic portraits. Concretely, I will "draw" the road map of the surroundings on the gallery window, people will be able to have their picture taken in front of it, they will thus be able to project themselves, to be crossed by this particular geography and subsequently I will exhibit the prints on the occasion of Hors les murs , and we will see what will happen!
